Your weekly report, built and delivered before you wake up
Lena used to spend Monday mornings stitching dashboards together. Now MCPlato runs the whole pipeline on a schedule — pull, analyze, chart, and post — and the report is waiting in the team channel.
Meet
Lena Park
Growth Lead · Northwind (a 12-person SaaS)
Every Monday before standup, Lena copy-pastes the same numbers out of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and the product database into one slide. It eats two or three hours, and half the time the meeting starts before the deck is done.
- Four dashboards, four logins, the same export every single week
- Numbers are stale by the time the standup starts
- No spare time to actually explain what changed and why
How MCPlato does it
- 1
Tell MCPlato once what you need
Describe the report in plain language and the cadence you want — "every Monday at 9, pull GA4, ad spend, and our database, then post it to the team." MCPlato turns it into a recurring scheduled task.
Scheduled tasksNatural language - 2
It pulls from every source automatically
On schedule, MCPlato gathers the numbers itself: analytics and product data through MCP connectors, ad platforms through the built-in browser. Connectors run locally, so credentials and raw data stay on your machine.

It works out the week-over-week story
MCPlato compares this week to last, flags the moves that matter, and writes the analysis — not just a table of numbers, but what changed and where to look.
Multi-step reasoning - 4
It builds the charts and the report
Signups by source, trend lines, a tight TL;DR up top — generated inside the conversation, formatted and ready to share.
ChartsStructured output - 5
You pick where it lands — it posts
Send it to Slack, Feishu, Discord, or wherever your team lives. Keep a human checkpoint if you want approval before anything goes out.
ChannelsPermission modes - 6
Every Monday, it just happens
Running in the background, no window needed. The report is in the channel before standup, every week, without Lena lifting a finger.

Questions
Does my analytics and revenue data leave my machine?
No. MCPlato runs on your computer and its MCP connectors and browser execute locally, so logins and raw data stay on your device. Only the finished report goes out — and only to the channel you choose.
Which dashboards and databases can it read?
Anything reachable through an MCP connector or a browser login — GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Postgres/MySQL, Stripe, internal admin panels, and 2,000+ MCP servers. If you can log in to it, MCPlato can gather from it.
Can it run without me opening the app?
Yes. Scheduled tasks run in Always-On mode in the background — no window required — so the report is built and posted even if your laptop is just sitting there.
What if a number looks wrong before it posts?
Use a permission mode that pauses for your approval. MCPlato will assemble the report and wait for your OK before sending it to the team channel.
Can the whole team get it automatically?
Yes. MCPlato pushes to Slack, Feishu, Discord, Telegram, WeCom and more, so the report lands in your team channel every cycle without anyone forwarding it.
