AI Output Requires Human Review

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccurate information. You should not rely on AI output as the sole source of truth. You must conduct human review of AI-generated code, suggestions, and decisions. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of AI output.

Credit Consumption May Vary

We may use AI models with different costs to process tasks. The credit consumption for the same task may differ at different times. Consumption is affected by multiple factors including model selection, task complexity, context length, and more. We do not guarantee fixed credit consumption.

Third-Party Tool Usage Risks

Third-party tools and plugins are provided by independent developers. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or legality of third-party tools. You assume all risks associated with installing and using third-party tools.

Subscription Operation Restrictions

You may upgrade your subscription at any time or cancel your subscription at the end of the subscription period. If you need to cancel your subscription mid-cycle or downgrade your plan, you must contact customer service for manual review.

1. Service Description

MCPlato is an AI-powered intelligent office collaboration platform that provides the following services:

Service Provider

MCPlato services are provided and operated by MCPlato.

Terms Revision

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance via email and in-app notifications. Continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

2. Account Management

Registration Requirements

Using MCPlato services requires account registration. You must:

Be at least 18 years of age (users under 18 must use the service with parental consent)
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
Register only one account per person

Account Termination

User-Initiated Termination

You may contact us at any time to delete your account. After deletion, the account enters a 30-day recovery period during which you can log in to restore it. After 30 days, the account will be permanently deleted.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

MCPlato offers the following types of subscriptions:

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default. If a charge fails, we will retry multiple times. If failures persist, the subscription will be cancelled.

You may disable auto-renewal at any time in the application settings.

Subscription Changes

Upgrade Subscription (Self-service)

You may upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we will prorate the charges so you only pay the difference.

Cancel at End of Period (Self-service)

You may set your subscription to stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all subscription features until the period ends. No refund is issued for this action.

Mid-Cycle Cancellation or Downgrade (Contact Customer Service)

If you need to cancel your subscription mid-cycle or downgrade to a lower-tier plan, please contact [email protected]. These requests require manual review and may involve refund processing.

Refund Policy

MCPlato does not offer self-service refunds. All refund requests must be processed through the following procedure:

Upon approval, refunds are issued on a prorated basis

Situations where a refund may be granted:

Refund Calculation: Refund Amount = Subscription Fee x (Unused Credits / Total Credits)

4. Credit System

Basic Concept

MCPlato uses credits as the billing unit for AI services. You receive a fixed number of credits upon subscription, and credits are deducted when using AI features. AI services cannot be used when your credit balance reaches zero.

Credit Consumption

Deduction Rules

Credits are deducted on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis, prioritizing the earliest expiring credit batch. The system handles this automatically without requiring user intervention.

Consumption Variability

Important Notice

Credit consumption may vary due to multiple factors. You understand and agree that:

Factors Affecting Consumption

The AI model used (different models have different costs)
Conversation length and context size
Number and type of tool invocations
Quantity and quality of multimodal content

No Fixed Consumption Guarantee

We do not guarantee that credit consumption per operation will remain constant. The same task may consume different amounts of credits at different times. Credit consumption records are for reference only; actual consumption is based on system records.

Transparency Commitment

If you notice abnormal consumption, you may contact customer service for investigation.

Usage Recommendations

Maintain a sufficient credit balance
Regularly check consumption records
For important tasks, consider conducting small-scale tests first

Credit Expiration

Subscription Credits

Automatically expire at the end of the subscription period and cannot be carried over to the next period.

Bonus Credits

Expiration periods are determined by specific bonus terms (typically 30 days).

Expiration Handling

Credits become invalid upon expiration, cannot be restored, and are not eligible for refunds.

Insufficient Balance

When your credit balance is insufficient:

AI conversation features cannot be used
You can continue to view history
You can continue to use local features

Upgrade your subscription plan (receive more credits immediately)
Wait for the next billing cycle for auto-renewal

Usage Restrictions

Credits are subject to the following restrictions:

Non-transferable to other users
Cannot be sold on third-party platforms
Cannot be exchanged for cash or other virtual currencies

5. AI Service Usage

AI Models

MCPlato integrates advanced AI models to provide you with services. The system automatically selects the appropriate model based on task characteristics to provide the best user experience. We do not guarantee the use of a specific model in any particular situation.

AI Output Disclaimer

Important Notice

You understand and agree to the following important facts regarding AI output:

Limitations of AI

AI-generated code may contain errors or security vulnerabilities
AI-provided suggestions may be inaccurate or inapplicable

Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Malware, viruses, or other harmful programs

Prohibited Account Behavior

The following account usage behaviors are prohibited:

Sharing account access with others
Selling or transferring accounts
Transferring subscriptions to other users

Violation Handling

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following measures:

Warning - Notification via email with a request to rectify the issue Service Suspension - Suspension of account access for 7-30 days Permanent Ban - Permanent account termination with no refund of subscription fees

For severe violations (such as child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, or serious cyberattacks), we will immediately and permanently ban the account and may report to law enforcement authorities.

8. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

Service Provision

MCPlato services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

Continuous and uninterrupted service availability
Completely error-free service
Accuracy and reliability of AI output
The service meeting your specific needs
Compatibility with third-party software or services

Service may be interrupted due to:

Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
Technical failures or equipment issues
Third-party service interruptions

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCPlato's total liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

For free users, our liability cap is zero.

Indirect Damages Disclaimer

MCPlato shall not be liable for the following types of losses or damages:

Indirect losses (business losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue)
Incidental losses (data loss, system interruptions)

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (including prompts, code, documents, etc.). To provide the service, you grant us the necessary license to store, process, and transmit such content. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

AI-Generated Content

The intellectual property ownership of AI-generated content is a complex legal issue with no unified legal consensus at present.

We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content. Your relationship with third-party AI service providers (Anthropic) is governed by their terms of service.

10. Privacy Protection
