Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions

Verify your credentials are correct and the channel is enabled. Check that your bot/app has the required permissions and is properly installed.
Ensure your app has message reading permissions and is subscribed to the correct events. For Telegram, check privacy mode settings. For Discord, verify Message Content Intent is enabled.
Check that the bot has permission to send messages in the channel. For Slack, invite the bot to the channel. For Discord, verify bot permissions in server settings.
This may indicate network issues or rate limiting. Check your internet connection and ensure you're not exceeding API rate limits.
Make sure MCPlato is running and the channel is enabled before configuring events in Feishu. The WebSocket connection must be active for verification.
